Guy Rimoldi
Business Consultant
Guy Rimoldi co-founded Earth Development, Inc. in 1986. With a background in Business Administration, he aimed to create a leading site development company that would provide exceptional value to customers, relying equally on the quality of personnel, equipment, and business structure. Guy established a comprehensive organizational flow, complete with detailed job descriptions, an employee training program, and extensive evaluation systems and procedures. This framework ensured a clear career path for employees and delivered unparalleled service to clients, fostering genuine partnerships. The effectiveness of this model quickly gained attention, leading to Caterpillar Magazine featuring Earth Development, Inc. as a rising leader in the site development sector.
Building on the success of Earth Development’s business model, in 2000, Guy co-founded Killer Creek Enterprises, LLC, a real estate company, and Southern Hydro Vac, Inc. in 2003. He also established Hydro Vac Innovations, LLC in 2021.
In 2021, private equity partners recognized the strength of the business model and acquired Earth Development, Inc., appointing Guy as the CEO of ED Atlanta, LLC, operating as Earth Development. Currently, Guy serves as the Business Development Consultant for both Earth Development and a newly acquired site development firm in Orlando, Florida. He focuses on developing systems and procedures that create clear paths for employee growth, reducing EMOD through superior safety training programs, and ensuring service excellence to provide significant benefits to customers, establishing true partnerships.
Christopher Barton
Chief Executive Officer
Christopher is a 30+ year CPA, serving as Chief Financial Officer and VP of Finance at various companies primarily in the specialty contractor and developer industries. At Earth Development, he spearheads initiatives that help grow the business while ensuring a financially healthy company that can comply with clients’ project requirements.
Mark Lane
VP of Pre-Construction
With over 30 years of experience in site development and utility construction, Mark has managed the full project lifecycle—from pre-construction estimating to field coordination—for many of Earth Development’s most complex sites. He joined the team in 2006 after earning a degree in Mineral Economics from Penn State. Mark’s structured approach to documentation, procurement, and customer communication exemplifies the client-first values for which Earth Development is known. His consistency, clarity, and collaborative style make him an indispensable bridge between field operations and client success.
Max Thomas
Estimator/Project Manager
Max Thomas is an experienced Estimator and Project Manager, recognized for his ability to merge technical accuracy with strategic project oversight to deliver high-quality results from bid to project completion. With a solid history of success and extensive experience, he contributes both depth and efficiency at every phase of the construction lifecycle.
In his current role at Earth Development, Max focuses on accurate cost estimating, detailed project planning, and transparent client communication, ensuring that every aspect aligns with budget constraints and design specifications. He oversees the whole project transition from pre-construction through execution, coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and clients to ensure that the work remains on schedule and within the defined scope.
Keith Barber
VP of Field Operations
Since joining Earth Development in 1994, Keith has led field operations with unmatched coordination and efficiency. Backed by more than 40 years of experience in site development and utilities, Keith is responsible for aligning crews, equipment, and resources across multiple active projects. His ability to prioritize repairs, schedule equipment moves, and support supervisors with on-the-ground logistics ensures that projects stay on track, on budget, and aligned with our standards of safety and quality. Keith consistently demonstrates problem-solving techniques by identifying challenges, analyzing root causes, developing effective solutions, and implementing them efficiently. Keith’s leadership is a cornerstone of our operational success.
Jacquelyn McNeill
Controller
In her role as Controller at Earth Development, Jacquelyn McNeill brings over 30 years of experience in financial operations and strategic business management. Her professional journey spans the construction, retail, and service sectors, where she has consistently transformed operational challenges into opportunities for growth and profitability. Recognized for her accuracy, efficiency, and results-oriented leadership, Jacquelyn is adept at optimizing processes and enhancing performance. Her analytical approach, commitment to excellence, and enthusiasm for empowering others are reflected in her capacity to execute significant process improvements that yield measurable and enduring results.
Kristie James
Assistant Controller
Kristie has recently joined the Earth Development team, bringing over 20 years of expertise in finance and operations, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency, and team support. Throughout her professional journey, she has managed intricate financial operations across North America, overseeing a range of tasks that include financial reporting, budget forecasting, payroll, onboarding, and benefits administration. Her skill set includes multi-currency accounting, investment management, and intercompany reconciliations, with a strong focus on GAAP compliance and audit preparedness. Additionally, Kristie is a certified specialist in QuickBooks and Xero, and she possesses certifications in HR Management.
Angel Hernandez
Field Operations Manager
Angel boasts over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He began his career with Earth Development in the early 2000s as a pipe foreman and advanced to Field Operations Manager in 2024. Angel is extremely knowledgeable and resourceful in all aspects of site development. As a strong leader, he possesses exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish. He excels in construction problem-solving and organizational abilities. Angel’s expertise encompasses safety regulations and project management, and he is known for being adaptable and meticulous regarding quality control. Angel consistently strives to foster cohesive teams, despite cultural challenges, and is highly regarded within the construction sector.
William “Bucky” Cook
Superintendent
Bucky is one of Earth Development’s most experienced and respected Superintendents, having joined the team in 2008 with a lifetime of construction knowledge behind him. Known for his focus on schedule, accuracy, and cost efficiency, Bucky oversees operations across some of our most technically demanding sites. His steady leadership and focus on quality help deliver the smooth transitions and finish work that define our projects.
Robert Mullins
Superintendent
Robert has spent over 15 years helping Earth Development deliver on its mission of precision, performance, and partnership. Robert rose through the ranks to become one of our most trusted Superintendents. He consistently demonstrates relentless effort in pursuit of construction perfection, resulting in superior customer satisfaction. He oversees site operations from initial clearing to completion, ensuring that Robert completes every job on time, on budget, and up to Earth Development’s industry-leading standards.
