Wetland Precision: Earth Development Executes Complex Utility and Stormwater Infrastructure for Claret Village Without a Single Compliance Violation
Surrounded by protected wetlands, Earth Development delivered Claret Village with deep utility infrastructure, bioretention systems, and a highway jack-and-bore, all on time, under budget, and without a single erosion control infraction.

The Challenge
Surrounded on three sides by floodplain wetlands, the site required deep infrastructure, multiple bioretention ponds, three large, lined ponds with forebays and complex coordination for utility installation, plus a bore beneath SR-124 highway with two and a half miles of sanitary system and two-and-one-quarter miles of storm piping.

Earth Development’s Actions
We managed erosion control with precision and constructed three lined ponds with forebays. The team executed a deep jack-and-bore for the water system under SR-124. Earth Development installed nearly five miles of utility systems, all while preserving sensitive wetlands and managing stormwater safely.

Results
Earth Development delivered Claret Village on time and within budget, completed without a single erosion control incident. The project exemplified Earth Development’s turnkey capabilities in challenging environmental and infrastructure conditions.
