Advancement

EDA is looking for people who are willing to learn and work as a team. This includes well-seasoned experts in the field, as well as those with no experience. Initial placement opportunities and levels for advancement are as follows:

  • General Laborers- Entry Level
  • Professional Grading Equipment Operators

    • Class I – Operator must have the ability to operate one piece of equipment.
    • Class II – Operator has ability to productively operate at least one piece of equipment.
    • Class III – Operator has ability to finish grade on at least one piece of equipment and understands all types of grade staking.
    • Class IV – Operator has ability to operate all equipment with maximum performance and production.
